Rates  2009, in Euro's ( including breakfast / 2 cons. nights minimum ) :

Double room with all private facilities / private bathroom starting at : (Euro) € 36,= per person per night / € 72,= per double room per night.
Single room with all private facilities : (Euro) € 55,= per night.
Tourist tax / res. : (Euro) € 10,= in total...

Low Season Discount of 20% in December, January and February on all rates except the tourist tax / res. and not on national holidays .

American Express, Mastercard and Visa accepted. 

To guarantee a reservation, half of the fee for the specified number of nights as a deposit is required OR valid credit card info.

In case of cancellation:

With a fourteen (14) days or more notice before scheduled arrival date: deposit amount fully refund able minus (Euro) € 25,= service fee.
With a fourteen (14) to four (4) days notice before scheduled arrival date, 50% of the agreed total amount will be charged.
With a four (4) days or less notice before scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total will be refunded ONLY if accommodation is re-rented at this short notice.
